I'm in Cardiff for a conference and end up losing my workmates accidentally on purpose halfway through the night and just head back to my hotel bar for one last drink before bed. I'm actually not sure we stopped for very long. I call him up when I'm nearby and he does the same when he swings by my end of the country. It works.

It's raining really heavily and for some reason this thunderstorm smells more like sulphur than ozone. It's weird but not the weirdest thing that I've seen on this roadtrip (Americans, wow), but it's late enough that stopping at the first vacancy sign seems like a good idea. There's only one bar in this place and in it there's only one other patron beside me. I know I'm going to sleep with him as soon as he turns to look at me and doesn't glance away immediately. Okay, I have been blessed lately with various flisters linking me to KPop videos Relevant To My Interests.
