kat_lair- version 2 of thesis chapter 3 sent to supervisors.
- Behind my house is a church hall, used as a practice space by a wide variety of bands and music groups, meaning in the evenings I tend to hear anything from hymns to some pretty decent sounding punk rock. At the moment, however, there is a band/orchestra heavy on the horns and they're playing a completely awesome cover of Hey Jude. <3_______<3

pushkin666 has donated me more paid LJ time and icons, apparently so that she doesn't have to listen me whine. I don't know whether to be grateful or affronted... :D Regardless, I will now go find and upload shitload shiny new icons, wheeeeeeeeeee
- Gerard Way = Dr. Franke-n-furter's lovechild, pictorial evidence.
- I've mainlined season 6 of Supernatural, including the finale, over the last week.On one hand, wow. Wow, the finale, wow, you went there. And, ngl, dark power crazy Castiel is hella hot, guhhhhhhhh and now I want to write lots of twisted Castiel/Crowley (and wow, that partnership was an awesome plot twist, gotta hand it to them). On the other hand... oh bb, Castiel nuuuuuuuuuu :'( I'm really sad if they're just going to kill him off now that they've made him "evil", c'mon shades of grey are interesting. Also, why is that it's necessary to kill/write off every minor character once they start to get some proper personality and characterisation. The whole mind-wipe with Lisa and Ben made my bottom lip wobble thought that may be because of Dean's face. And nooooooooooooo Balthazar! God dammit, every time I get invested in a minor character in this show they off him. *sulks*
- I also watched new Hawaii Five-0.OMG OMG OMG ALL THE FEELINGS! :DDDDDDDDD Everyone was awesome (with special mention to Chin) and ALSO STEVE AND DANNY'S ROMANCE AND MEANINGFUL LOOKS, THAT WASN'T SUBTLE EVEN A LITTLE BIT. And wow, wow, the twist at the end had me gaping! Jenna and Wo Fat??? Duuuuuuuude.
- I have nothing spoilery to say about Doctor Who, but yes, SO MANY FEELINGS THERE TOO. Also TEARS.
- I'm thinking of making a berry tart tomorrow.trialia, how do you feel about that for dessert on Fri?
