*sigh*

In practice Virgin Media are "updating their service levels and terribly sorry for the inconvenience" but even though I have had everything installed this morning (hello additional TV channels! no more fuckig Jeremy Kyle in the mornings) I can't actually complete registration and get online until Saturday, possibly Sunday.

Which, you know, okay fine. But. Did they tell me this beforehand? Hell no.

Cue me throwing a hissyfit at some poor guy in an Indian call centre. I'm not paying for service I'm not getting so I demanded compensation (yes, it's not a lot money, but it's the principle here).

This means that I may not be online for the Robin Hood premiere on Saturday like planned. This makes Kat sad. *shimmering chibi-eyes*

It could be worse, I suppose. You could be offline for the whole season of Robin Hood. Even so, it won't be the same without you. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that you can get online on Saturday, like you planned.

Yeah. I will definitely be offline for the second episode on the 13th though because I'll be at Connotations slash con... I'm working all day Sat until 17.30 so won't actually be able to test the it until just before... But. I will write a review anyway and just post on Sun.
