So, I'm a huge fan on fanvids (yes, omg, the Themed Vid Recs of Doom will resume, I promise) and I've been lamenting the lack of Bandom fanvids (and yes I know we get actual music videos, which mostly tend to be like fic AUs) and then, like magic, this appeared! \o/

Why you should watch it: WTF YOU NEED MORE REASONS? Bandslash fanvid, you guys! But also this has some truly genius use of clips that not only make it look entirely convincing that Gerard is actually singing the Britney Spears song, but also tell a story. Granted, it's a story of escalating UST and pretty boys licking, but this is the type of story I like. The vidder also matches the clips to the song in terms of music, e.g. Bob for drums and Mikey for the bass bits. The vid fills me with glee of the highest order. Go watch now!

Also, I had to like think really hard what was wrong with posting things today, before realising that oh yeah, it's Thanksgiving for you guys... I'm Finnish, living in UK so these things only register through my f-list.

But yes, isn't it the most awesome thing ever? I've been watching it on loop for like ten times now. I CAN'T STOP!

I love the Brendon Urie "Idiot Boyfriend" vid too... My cup. It overfloweth with love for Bandom.

I don't celebrate Thanksgiving, so it's always just like one really long day with no one around, for me. :) Where are you from in Finland? I did two semesters of study abroad in Japan last year, and I had friends from Finland. :)

And yeah, I pretty much just can't wait to rec this sucker out all over the place. I know like, ten people that need to see it *yesterday*.

I'm from a town called Pori, which no one has heard of quite understandably. It's on the South-West coast, about 150 miles from Helsinki. It's so cool though, how world is such a global place (in some ways) that you can meet people from all over - one the best things I like about LJ too!

That was pretty much my reaction when I saw the vid "omg, my f-list needs to watch this now!"
