Some things...

• I have updated the recent music meme with the correct answers. Take a look if you're interested. Also if you would like to get your grubby hands on any of the songs listed, drop me a comment and I'll see what I can do...

• I posted a Masterlist of My Fanfic. This is for easy access and because I thought it would look pretty. To be updated regularly and linked to through my profile and sidebar.
  

• I have finally seen Tao of Rodney and cried copiously. Now I want to hit the post-ep fic bad... If anyone has any recs, please let me know.

• Life on Mars in returns on Thursday the 13th of February, 9 pm on BBC1. WOHOOO! I saw a poster in Manchester with Sam looking ultra cool with his leather jacket and Gene sitting on the hood of the car being his badass self. The text read: Back in the nick of time. I may have embarrassed myself by doing a little fangirl squeal and dance of joy right there on the street.

• Thank you lolabobs! Your parcel arrived today and I and our printer thank you profusely. I have 300 600 900 words of Jack/Ten crack-fic for you already and am working on the rest...

• Yes, I am still planning on completing the Triangle of Unholy Lust and doing a Jeffrey Dean Morgan picspam to round off the Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles ones. Was watching JDM on the Grey's Anatomy season 2 finale last night and sweet jesus he killed me dead. 

That's it for now. What are you guys up to? Throw me a comment, a link, a rec, a picture, anything. I am actually working on serious academic stuff and organising my paperwork at the moment.  I need some motivation...

Yay it arrived! - that was rather swift. Fic! Hooray, can't wait.

I have no words of interest or motivation - I've been to the dentist which is bad enough in itself as I tend to hyperventilate and get squeaky. Today I had to have a broken filling repaired, which he done without anaesthetic. I nearly died from the panic and instead made a migraine. :(
Been in bed all day. peering at screen through slitted eyes at the minute.

Picture -- McKay/Zelenka friendship, gen, an interesting theological discussion in the aftermath of what happened that's not insulting to religion or to atheism.

The Tao of Lust -- McKay/Zelenka slash, R. lobelia321's writing style is really interesting.

And there are dozens of McShep tags for the episode, as you can expect. If you want some of those, I can find 'em for you. :)

so hi! These are awesome, thank you so much. I read McKay/Zelenka and McKay/Beckett primarily, but don't mind McShep if it's done well so if you have any more recs they'll all be gleefully accepted.

Also, tell me again why you aren't on my F-list? You pop in randomly to leave me goodies and (I know this because I snooped on your LJ) you rec my fic! Something should be done about this...

I actually haven't seen any 'Tao of Rodney' McKay/Beckett tags actually which, now that I think about it, puzzles me. But yeah, I'm not really into McShep (I see their relationship as totally platonic, brotherly love and, um, can't write incest, so, yeah), but ras_elased is a really excellent writer and she wrote two tags to 'Tao.' One can be read as friendship, and the other one, not so much, but it's good too. ;)
