So U2... Still hot Y/Y? Aww man, long before six degrees of Pete Wentz, I read RPS about U2 (because you know Bono/The Edge = OTP), Savage Garden and othes... *g* Also, Bono may have his messiah-complex but he can still pull off eye make-up at 48. There's something to aspire for Mr. Wentz.

There's a track on their next album entitled "Whips and Chains", and still, I'm sure there are people who will state that it "is just a metaphor".

I had a CRAZY conservative roommate my second year in uni who was fond of just hitting "play" on my stereo, and somehow developed a deep love of Depeche Mode, thinking all the songs were ACTUALLY about Jesus *eyeroll* Even things like "Master and Servant" (complete with whip sound effects) and "In Your Room" (church, of course! He doesn't ACTUALLY mean he wants to be tied to a chair and dominated, of couse!) Somehow, my posters, with boys in make-up and leather mini skirts chained to each other, all had wholesome Jesus connotations *headdesk*

It really is just a matter of time before someone records a faux-furry version, isn't it? (So going to hell!)
