Glad my guess that other people are feeling nostalgic for this kind of thing is proving accurate :D
Event would be very multifandom so hopefully something for everyone. One of the things I really liked at Connotations were the 'fandom pimp' sessions, where you tried to recruit and entire people into your fandom... I would definitely suggest that as a potential activity.
