Broken Earth is sooooooooo good, especially the first book. N.K. Jemisin is one of the few authors who can get me to read second person, and like it, which is saying a lot!
I'm trying a second series of hers at the moment, but it's not catching me in the same way. Possibly though, that is because I'm a bit bored of fantasy worlds at the moment, and in the mood for something different.
