Hi yourself! And thank you for reading and taking the time to leave feedback. To tell you the truth I was really surprised this story got nominated because for me, it is the least favourite of mine. But, I'm so, so pleased other people have enjoyed the story.
I haven't seen Lenny Henry, and don't really follow many food programmes either (with the exception of Ready-Steady-Cook, which got me through many a lazy afternoon during my first degree...) and yet, everything in the fic was taken straight from what little i have seen in movies and such... Oh, the Cordon Bleu thing... a total typo! I can't believe no one else (not even my betas!) have spotted it! I don't know whether to correct it now or leave it for the amusement value and pretend I was being all sarcastic and taking a mickey out of Gordon Ramsay *gg*
the dialogue *zinged* - what a lovely comment to receive! I blushed a lot! And you quoted a sentence back, I simply adore it when people do that, so yay!
Oh, and thank you for asking after M. He is in fact doing much better, he's come out as Bi to his mum, and sort-of-dating this older guy, who's really good to him.
