It has come to my attention that Adam Glambert is wearing what look like VickyT originals, as per Access All Areas.
“Oh, um, nothing. It’s very...” Billy Idol on acid, Spencer wants to say but self-preservation makes him go with: “...’80s punk rock. With uh, some definite influences from other periods.”
Victoria beams at him approvingly. “Good eye, Spencer. I wanted to portray the struggle of hypermasculinity in the post-postmodern era of metropolitan tribes. A sort of Velvet Goldmine meets Sid Vicious in a vegan diner.” She reaches over and untangles some of the chains hanging off of the jacket. “Or maybe a fetish club.”
[...]
Overall Victoria’s creation is like a drugged-up version of Westwood and McLaren’s bondage suit. The knee-length coat is vaguely steampunkish with a high collar and pinstripes. However, there is a line of steel rings running down the spine, with corresponding chains at the sleeves. The pants are tight, with a subtle snakeskin pattern. Over them Spencer is wearing a black pleated kilt-type wraparound that barely reaches mid-thigh. Over that there is a seriously heavy-duty leather belt hanging off his hips. Like the jacket, the belt is garnished with metal links, quite clearly meant to carry an assortment of tools, the purpose of which Spencer tries very hard not to think about. The ankle boots are the same midnight blue as the belt. They are also undeniably high-heeled and sparkly. Spencer is going to kill himself walking on them.
Evidence:

Now I want to write a cross-over fic where Adam is one of VickyT's regular models and Kris is his booking agent/BFF.
*sigh*
...why yes, this post was brought to you by 'have spent two hours answering student emails/dealing with teaching admin and not getting any real work done'. Yeah, I'm gonna go and read some essay drafts now, whatever.
