Today has been a long but quite nice day that has included seeing my students graduate, catching up with colleagues, being called beautiful by Permanent Crush, meeting a new colleague who may be able to bring some quite exciting international business and travel our way, being rejected from that job I didn't necessarily even want (entirely predictable, they weren't ready to be quite as radical and brave as they said, am not particularly disappointed), catching up with a friend, cooking actual dinner for myself, being pleasantly surprised by the quality of candidates for our open positions and shortlisting quite a few.
Anyway, that's the day summary but to sweeten the post, here are two songs that are on my '2022 Faves' Spotify playlist. I freely admit that the playlist is like... 80% K-pop, but I have included a non-K-pop song for full inclusivity.
This is one of my 'let's fuck it up!' hype songs.

Seventeen is a group I've been getting into lately (expect them to feature in the fic recs as well because I'm a fandom slut) and this is a song by their unit leaders (they have three units: performance, vocal, rap/hiphop) and it is insanely catchy. And not just because Hoshi throwing it back at 2.30. I mean, it's like... a factor, sure. (tongue)
