My guess is that these are people who subscribed based on a particular fandom but didn't realise just how multifandom I am and that whilst I inevitably circle back to whatever my current obsession is, the in-between is littered with works form fandoms they probably won't care about and getting notifications about those is annoying so... It is a little funny
