Double thank you! That's actually not a bad idea, one of the things I've actually really reflected on this year due to some conversations and kind observations from loved ones is that I'm not great at either self-care or accepting help. And I know why but also trying to let go of the I Must Do It On My Own Because Independence Above All Else thinking... So yeah, I do welcome some friendly accountability slaps!
