I find it funny how 'everybody lives/nobody dies' is one of the more popular tags for Hobbit fic on AO3. Funny and ENTIRELY VALID.

I am thoroughly looking forward to this, although I still don't think that The Hobbit can really run to three films, but he's added the appendices which is good.

It's going to kill me, but it's not like I haven't read the book! Just *hands* seeing the guys I've come to associate with The Hobbit go through the final leg of the journey will most definitely hurt!
