Apparently it's technically a Swiss roll... Whatever, rolled up thingy with yumminess :D And yes, melted chocolate hides all manner of imperfections.

The rolls were very nice but you don't really taste the parsnip. Mostly it just gives them good texture.

The dinner was nom. I have loads of left over lamb now too in the freezer.
