The tart was very nice indeed. I have filo pastry left so going to another more experimental tart (read: stuff I have in the fridge that needs using and will work in a filling so yay) tomorrow. And heh, milder soup would still be nice too!

Aha! Finally someone clarifies the difference for me! There's only one word for this in Finnish, and it's typically made with a sponge mixture, though sometimes with potato rather than wheat flour. I've seen meringue base ones too but baking with suet is much rarer in Finland.

Lakeland may have to be on my list next, cheers!
