No spoilers, but I think you will be extremely pleased by some of the directions the show goes as it moves along, though it tends to take it a little longer than I'd personally prefer to get there at times (like in the Juliette becoming interesting case), but once it does, it's pretty much all-in. Still not perfect (but what show is, really), but overall, awesome.

I have to admit, despite keeping up with the show pretty well, I never got too deep into the fandom, probably because when I glanced around at what was out there during Season 1, there wasn't that much of it and I was kind of meh about a lot of what was there. There were some fics I enjoyed, but somehow it never built up any momentum for me, fandom-wise. But maybe I'll go back and check it out again. Or maybe I'll just read what you write. :)
