And Ray HIT him! HIT him! That could have totally not worked at all I wasn't sure about this either so I'm glad you think it worked for you. It's sort of how I see Ray though, constantly on an edge of violence.

Also the Ray voice... Is it weird that I found it easier to write from his pov than from Chris'? I don't even *like* his character that much and yet his part just seemed to *flow* really naturally... Should I be worried?

And yes please reward me "SO MUCH" with Sam/Gene - the thought of Sam/Gene rough power play in the men's room at Nelsons makes me very happy indeed *gets a tingly feeling*
